This job is for YOU, if you have:

• An ability to create a genuine moment of connection with our guests - making a difference in their day by discovering and responding to their needs through clear and pleasant communication.
• A willingness to learn- using a mix of online learning, classroom training and hands on mentorship, you will learn how to prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized with handcrafted love for your guests. Some examples of customization would include recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substitutions.
• Eagerness to develop yourself and your peers as you embark on a career path with the largest and most reputable coffee business on the planet.
