OFFICE MANAGER
Platinum Direct Hire has an IMMEDIATE opening for a full time, direct hire Office Manager with some managerial experience, in the Windsor/Essex area. Manufacturing industry experience an asset. Must have your own transportation.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Direct Hire Opportunity
- Steady day shift Monday – Friday 8 am – 4:30 pm
EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years experience as an Office Manager preferred
- Office management experience a definite plus
- Experience processing customs paperwork
- AutoCAD experience another plus, printing blueprints, however can be trained
- Payroll experience with Simply Accounting required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to handle a multi-line phone system
- Organizing and scheduling meetings as required
- Able to type 40+ WPM
- Must have own transportation
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum High school diploma
- Business Administration Diploma an asset
HOURLY RANGE:
- $21/hr to start
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $21.00 per hour
