The Perfect Candidate:

Requirements:

• Customer service experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills, and a friendly positive attitude with the ability to provide unsurpassed customer service
• Can determine customer needs and enjoys making recommendations
• Ability to safely lift 30 lbs and move throughout the sales floor

Responsibilities Include:

• Excellent Customer Service – engaging with guests, offering suggestions, friendly upbeat demeanor and always willing to go the extra mile
• Perform opening and closing duties of the store
• Perform sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
• Recommend merchandise based on customer needs, promote, and sell products. Deliver results in their role to contribute to store success
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices
• Assist other store employees and provide unsurpassed customer service
