Responsible for activities and deliverables in the Integration workstream.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct integration discovery to define the Integration Strategy. This includes defining the future integration landscape.
- Plan, lead, and facilitate integration workshop(s). Provide guidance on integration design decisions and downstream impacts for integrations
- Document integration design
- Develop integration approach document
- Develop and unit testing integrations
- Support integration testing during the Testing stage.
- Support integrations during Hypercare
- Migrate integrations across tenants
- Communicate design standards to developers so design standards are followed.
- Manage integration activities along with the Integrations lead from Client
- Support Client with the development and testing of integrations assigned to Client
- Liaise between the project team and Workday development team on any integration issues, as well as upcoming changes
- Report integration workstream progress against tasks in the Project Plan along with the status of risks and issues to project management on a weekly basis. Escalate issues and risks that may impact the project timeline or project quality to Engagement Manager
