Position Description

We currently have an exciting role for a Transport Operator is accountable for providing services to customers in the collection and transportation of waste materials or the delivery of recycled products in a manner that reflects E360 Brand and corporate values. Please note this position will be apart of a Union .

Position Responsibilities

• Represents E360 to customer and must reflect the E360 Brand and corporate values.
• Presents a clean and professional image to customer (i.e. uniforms; vehicles; attitude.)
• Provides an excellent quality of service, on time and in a courteous manner.
• Identifies and communicates opportunities to improve customer services.
• Identifies and communicates customer issues/needs to the Branch Manager.
• Perform pick ups and drop offs in safe and efficient manner.
• Perform pre-trip inspection of vehicle systems and equipment such as tires, lights and breaks, etc.
• Plan your trip according to the weather conditions.
• Follow safety procedures for transporting materials.
• Maintain Log Books according to rules and regulations.
• Operates all equipment in a safe, defensive and courteous matter at all times.
• Ensures cleanliness of the equipment.
• Additional duties may be required

Qualifications

• Class 3 License
• Professional driving experience an asset.
• Clean drivers abstract
• Experience in waste industry(1 Year Required)
• Excellent customer service skills
