About The Opportunity

Working as an integral part of the Chén̓chenstway Human Resources Department, reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, this position will provide full recruitment administration support to the Chén̓chenstway Human Resources Talent Acquisition team. Managing the end-to-end candidate recruitment process to provide an excellent experience to both the hiring managers and candidates. The incumbent is responsible for a wide range of coordinating, word processing, scheduling, communications and administrative tasks. This role requires a well-organized individual, with strong interpersonal, technical/administrative and customer service skills, as well as a high level of emotional intelligence, time management and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Understanding the importance of confidentiality, this role provides the necessary support to ensure a smooth process.

Salary: $53,456 - $ 59,624 annually, plus a comprehensive benefit program.
