Staffing Coordinator Job at Equation Staffing Solutions.
Equation Staffing Solutions Inc. is an award-winning staffing agency in Calgary, and we are hiring a Staffing Coordinator to assist with ongoing growth. Would you like to join a successful, collaborative team, that works well together both in the downtown office and remotely?
Qualifications:
- Have at least one-year experience in administration or coordination; experience in the staffing industry would be an asset
- Post-secondary education in a related field would be highly beneficial
- A demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional service to both candidates and clients
- Team oriented, willing to assist where needed but can also work well independently
- Must be deadline driven, able to handle multiple and changing priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- A calm and well-organized problem solver who can think quickly on their feet and works well under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office including Word and Outlook
- A self-starter who will ask questions, present new ideas, and can think outside the box
- Must have the ability to work remotely as required
Responsibilities:
- Review applications and candidates to evaluate if they will be a good fit for our positions
- Manage candidate flow through our Applicant Tracking System
- Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding processes
- Work with the team on initiatives to help maintain and improve processes
- Exemplary verbal communication skills will be required, to interact with candidates
- Strong written skills required to compose emails and documents
- Matching and placing of qualified candidates on temporary assignments
