Oakville’s newest Kitchen + Craft Bar is looking for a culinary leader!

We have changed the landscape in Oakville with a balanced combination of new fresh food and crafted cocktails! Our focus is on craftsmanship and quality while doing it in a fun, humble, and precise way!

Work with our Executive Chef to particpate & lead a true modern culinary renaissance team!

We offer a diverse menu focusing on freshness, quality ingredients, and care in the manner it is prepared and presented.

We're so serious about freshness and quality that we don't even have a freezer on-site!

Looking for a passionate and detail-oriented individual to come Fourth who will create and deliver with pride & diligence using their Easy going & passionate personalities!

What you will do as a team member:

Responsibilities:

  • Participate responsibly in day-to-day culinary operations and coach our team
  • Coordinate food and assist in maintaining a clean safe work environment
  • Check freshness and quality of ingredients
  • Assist in the development of menu items, features, and menu design
  • Standardize recipes and plate presentations, execute with enthusiasm
  • Work with management to create a memorable culinary experience for guests and team members alike

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, or other related fields
  • Passion for food and cooking techniques
  • Strong leadership qualities and/or the willingness to learn
  • Ability to thrive and participate in a fast-paced fun environment
  • Food Handler Certificate
  • Ability to work productively over long periods of time on your feet, while frequently moving at a face past, lifting and carrying various items & weights (up to 50lbs), walking up & down stairs, and working in a busy, loud, and fast-moving environment

Preferred but not required:

  • Be First Aid Certified
  • Have Health and Safety Committee experience
  • Mixology certificate (or equivalent)
  • Barista experience

Salary: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
