Software Solutions (Pre/Post Sales Support) Associate Consultant

• Do you have experience in networking, internet technologies and programming?
• Can you explain technical solutions to non-technical audience?
• Do you enjoy uncovering business needs and providing the right software solution to streamline business processes and increase efficiencies?

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery sessions with dealers and account executives
• Present and demonstrate software
• Review scope of work and provide product configuration recommendations
• Assist dealers with presenting products during open houses and shows
• Present software solutions to dealer representatives and assist in implementing software solutions in showrooms
• Implement and configure software for customers and in the regional labs/demonstration systems (laptops)
• Assist the Post-Sales team by resolving any technical post-sales issues

To Succeed, You Will Need:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in software pre-sales
• Post secondary education in a related field
• Strong analytical ability to assess customer needs and recommend solutions
• Excelent project and time management skills
• Proven computer and technical abiliity
• MCP and MCSE are an asset
