The Application Development team interfaces with customers and project owners to develop call-flow applications, web applications, custom reports and system integrations. This small team of talented developers require an additional full-time permanent resource to develop applications on customized platforms.

Requirements:
- Must be able and willing to learn new technologies, and to keep up with current industry trends.
- Exceptional communications skills, attitude, and ability to work under minimal supervision are essential
- VOIP
- Windows Communication Foundation, Windows Presentation Foundation
- Silverlight, ASP.NET, LINQ, SQL Server
- SQL Server reporting, Skype/Teams architecture/deployment
- Experience and/or an intense desire to be involved with the full Software Development Lifecycle including helping with estimates and design, testing, and maintenance is a must
- Windows Service development, Windows Installer
- Multithreaded programming
- SIP
- PowerShell
- Test Driven Development
Qualifications:
- You have a degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering (or equivalent) from a top notch university.
- 3-5 years' experience in either C++ or C# on a Windows platform is a must, as is a strong foundation in object oriented design and software architecture
