Under the responsibility of the project manager, the incumbent performs some or all of the following duties:
Provide technical assistance to projects;
Organize and monitor necessary updates to client documentation, if applicable;
Ensure quality control on site, if required;
Check the conformity of the work carried out with the plans and specifications;
Analyze and prepare probable cost estimates for equipment, labor, and subcontracting as needed for projects based on calls for tenders, quotes, and specifications;
Ensure a physical presence on site;
Provide all the documents necessary for the completion of the work to all stakeholders;
Monitor the work and produce real progress taking into account the estimate;
Produce lists of materials for purchase taking into account the estimate;
Produce lists of tools for carrying out the work; Perform other related duties.
