Service Administrator Job at Work & Play
Work & Play Moncton is currently seeking a full-time Service Administrator. Working directly with our small service and parts teams, the Service Administrator will primarily manage the administrative needs of these departments. Our ideal candidate is detail oriented, has strong administrative abilities, great customer service skills, and is very comfortable with computers. Previous experience in the trailer/RV industry or car dealerships as well as previous experience with warranty claims will be considered strong assets. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM position. We offer full health benefits, paid sick days, and a casual work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Submitting warranty claims and communicating with trailer manufacturers
- Opening, processing, and closing work orders
- Calling customers when parts have arrived
- Booking appointments
- Processing payments
- Mailing out service reminders for existing customers
- Filing and other administrative duties as required
Required Experience and Skills:
- Experience in the RV/commercial trailer industry or related industries
- 2+ years administrative experience
- Post-secondary diploma or certificate in administration a strong asset
- Bilingualism a strong asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Enjoys working in a small business environment with a close knit team
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
