Security Guard - Mississauga Job at Tone-Gar Security Services Inc.
We are looking for a part-time security guard who can work every Saturday and Sunday 0800-2000 on a long-term basis. 24 hours/week.
- Job requirements:
-Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
-Valid First Aid/CPR
-Must be available to work on nights and weekends (ie. Sundays)
-Must have own means of transportation
-Excellent Computer Skills
-Prior Security Experience is an asset. Concierge experience is an asset.
-Ability to follow policies and procedures
-Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
-Excellent customer service skills
- Examples of Job Duties:
-Interior/Exterior Patrols (posted primarily inside security office)
-Access Control; following established procedures to admit visitors / contractors
-Receiving deliveries
-Responding to internal building alarms and resolving building issues as per policies
-Communicate regularly with visitors, contractors, and site management in person and via phone (Concierge)
-Complete reports and memo book entries on a regular basis
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 per week
Salary: From $15.50 per hour
