To accelerate the business and digital performance of its customers, VO2 Canada based in Montreal, a specialist in omni channel customer experience, is looking to strengthen its teams by recruiting a Salesforce developer as part of our service center, for our development team on a clientelling application.

To cope with the many projects and meet the demand of our customers, the VO2 Canada team continues to grow: 10 members in July 2021, 25 members in October 2022!

## What are the tasks of the Salesforce developer?

• Define and analyze customer needs
• Develop and optimize applications
• Create tests and functional recipes
• Guarantee follow-up, communication, and reporting of the progress of the work,
• Provide maintenance and user support

As part of our service center, we are looking for a Salesforce developer to join our development team on a clientelling application used by several big names in luxury.

## What is the profile of our ideal candidate?
✔ You have a master's degree
✔ You have at least 4 years of experience as a Salesforce developer
✔ You can adapt quickly to a new technical environment
✔ Do you know SCRUM and AGILE methods and are you comfortable with them? top!
✔ You know how to meet deadlines
✔ Do you speak/write perfectly in French and with a good level in English

• Salesforce credentials are a plus
• Experience with APEX, Trigger, SOQL

Pour renforcer son équipe de développeurs Salesforce au Canada, VO2 Canada recrute un.e Développeur.se Salesforce qui aura pour missions :

• Définir et analyser les besoins du client ;
• Développer et optimiser les organisations clients (Développement APEX, Lightning Component) ;
• Superviser l’implémentation, collaborer avec nos équipes de consultants fonctionnels Salesforce ;
• Assurer la maintenance ;
• Agir comme un partenaire de confiance auprès des clients ;
• Vous serez amené à travailler sur Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud.

Le poste pourra impliquer l’utilisation de technologies tierces : Pardot, Heroku, AppExchange spécifiques...

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

• Au moins 2 ans d’expérience en tant que développeur Salesforce ;
• Les certifications Salesforce sont un plus ;
• Expérience dans la développement de classes APEX, Trigger, Ligthning Composants ou Visual Force Page ;
• Forte compréhension de l’aspect technique du développement et de la gestion d’un projet informatique ;
• Esprit analytique et excellentes aptitudes en communication ;
• Méthodique, organisé et minutieux ;
• Français parlé et écrit obligatoire, Anglais parlé et écrit nécessaire.
