Sales Consultant

ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE AND INTERFACES

Reports to: Sales Manager

Primary Interfaces: Customers, Installers, Salespeople, Sales Trainer

MEETINGS

Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Meetings, Weekly Team Sales Meetings, Weekly Product Trainings

LOCATION

Remote Work Environment. Sales consultations will take place in customer's homes location ALL across Southern Ontario.

You will report to our head office in Mississauga for our intermittently scheduled meetings.

You will be expected to work Sunday through Friday with a varying schedule dependant on your appointments, lead generation, and direct advertising strategies.

  • Ability to develop relationships with networking partners and high pay off partners such as home designers, brokers, other in home sales professionals.
  • A strong desire to develop and grow the company's brand which you represent.
  • Committed to providing an exceptional customer experience through consultative selling approach.
  • Detail oriented and well organized.
  • Ability to learn the expansive product knowledge needed for success, and committed to becoming a product expert.
  • Desire to constantly improve and learn.

YOU WILL BE TRAINED TO BE A WORLD CLASS SALESPERSON

  • We are looking for someone willing to learn, someone willing to be trained, and someone with a desire to put into practice what knowledge has been given to them.

SKILLS REQUIRED FOR SUCCESS

  • Selling with integrity and honesty 100% of the time, no exceptions.
  • Strong time management and ability to work in a self-driven environment
  • Ability to learn product knowledge quickly
  • Technical proficiency with the Apple eco-system (iPad Pro, e-mail, Google Calendar, CRM platforms).
  • Experience using virtual sales tools to facilitate and enhance sales experience
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Team mindset and positive attitude
  • Experience with lead generation
  • Enjoy working independently and do whatever it takes to get the job done

PAY

  • Draw against Commision Pay Structure
  • $36,000 per year base salary

ABSOLUTE REQUIREMENTS

  • Driver's License
  • Ability to drive long distances to meet with clients
  • Clean Driver's Abstract
  • Criminal background check will be completed (at our expense)
  • Availability during evenings and on weekends
  • English proficiency
