Brookhaven Psychotherapy is looking to add another Registered Social Worker or Psychotherapist (independent contractor) to our growing practice! Our clients are children, youth and adults with a variety of mental health issues, serviced through virtual and in-person therapy. This is an in-person position at our Burlington office with flexible scheduling. Person must have some evening and/or weekend availability.

Education Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, counselling or related field
• Active and good standing registration with the appropriate regulatory body
• Proof of professional liability insurance

Our Ideal Candidate:

• We are looking for experienced therapists with strong clinical skills in CBT, DBT and other evidence-based practices
• At least 4 years of experience providing clinical therapy with individuals, couples and/or families
• Experience providing therapy to children, youth or adults, LGBTQ++ community
• Comfort with treating significant mental health challenges
• Preferred experience with using Exposure and Response Prevention in the treatment of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
• Preferred experience with using DBT in the treatment of Borderline Personality Disorder
• Can commit to at least 10 hours of therapy (average) per week. Candidate can work as many hours beyond 10 as they choose.

Salary: $96.00-$108.00 per hour
