Our office is looking to hire a front desk receptionist that will answer phones but also help with day to day administrative tasks. We are looking to hire someone with great customer services skills, who is comfortable taking initiative and has tremendous attention to detail. This role demands an organized, reliable person who can communicate effectively and with consistency to ensure total customer satisfaction.

The receptionist will be responsible for supporting our customers and partners in business in resolving these issues in a timely manner, communicating to all necessary internal and external parties, and keeping records of projects.

The role provides the right candidate with the opportunity to work in a fast paced environment that supports dedicated, organized, and "go-getter" qualities. Tasks can vary from day-to-day but include answering phones, monitoring email accounts, preparing documents, ordering supplies and organizing files.

2+ years of office experience is requested

$18-$20/hr starting wage

Benefits package following 3 month probation (Golden/Premium Package that includes: massage therapy, chiropractor, dental, eye care, travel, etc)

Prime downtown location with parking available, a short walk away from all amenities.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
