The following responsibilities are associated with the “Statement Of Work” but are not limited to:
- Responsible to develop Project Management artifacts in compliance with SSC Project Management Framework (PGoF);
- Establish clear ownership for project tasks, ensure that team members have the tools needed, and provide timely feedback;
- Develop and maintain a document to track and report on the availability and capacity of SA&A resources.
- Work with SA&A managers to plan and schedule project workloads.
- Facilitate onboarding of a new risk assessment projects under the direction of the SA&A Manager.
- Develop a short/concise security assessment activity schedule and establish a list of assessment activity stakeholders; Provide SA activity schedule to lead Enterprise Project Manager for integration into the larger overall project schedule.
- Coordinate regular SA&A status meetings with Project Managers, service lines and SA activity stakeholders and update the workflow management tool with progress, timelines and status;
- Track and report on project deliverable and activity status, identify potential problems and raise concerns to the Project Manager or SA&A manager.
- Distribute meeting material & agenda, record meeting participation, record and distribute action items, meeting minutes etc.
- Follow-up up on action items, activity status and any potential issues to be tracked/resolved;
- Provide regular review of activities to ensure that all project status related information and timelines are up to date at all times in project dashboards, schedules and workflow management system.
- Plan, coordinate and track the delivery of the risk assessment activity project deliverables under the direction of the SA&A manager;
- Track progress and review project tasks to ensure certain deadlines are met appropriately;
- Proactively communicate project status, issues and risks to SA&A manager;
- Collaborate with project team and stakeholders to identify and articulate project challenges in a in a form capable of being resolved;
- Formulate statements of problems; establishes procedures for the development and implementation of significant, new or modified project elements to solve these problems, and obtains approval thereof. is completed in a way that ensures maximum knowledge transfer.
