Photographer (Unpaid Volunteer Position) Job at Smilezone Foundation
Smilezone Foundation is searching for a volunteer (unpaid) photographer for our Annual Smilezone Hockey Helping Kids Tournament coming up this April 29th, 2023. The event is located at Joshua's Creek Arena in Oakville ON. We will need the volunteer from approximately 9am - 6pm.
The event brings together 12 teams, local businesses, the community and NHL Alumni together for a full day of hockey! All funds raised during the Hockey Helping Kids tournament will go towards building a future Smilezone. A Smilezone is a space in a hospital which is transformed into a bright and engaging space for children!
Smilezone is searching for a photographer for the tournament to take team pictures, pictures of the players, volunteers, sponsors and more! As our photography volunteer you are included in the event as much as everyone else. All of your meals will be covered throughout the day and you will receive a New York Rangers volunteer shirt!
Work Experience/ Recommended Skills / Requirements:
- Experience using a professional camera
- Experience downloading pictures from professional camera to computer
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
- Owning a professional camera of your own is a bonus
