Personal Assistant (MUST LOVE DOGS) Job at Friendly K9 Dog Training Academy
Hello everyone and welcome to Friendly K9 Dog Training Academy.
The Owner of Friendly k9 is in need of a personal assistant. We are extremely busy as we are Ontario's leading behaviorists. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who is passionate about dogs and who is also very flexible.
This position can range from 25 to 45 hours per week. Generally from early afternoon potentially to 8pm at night. (this also includes weekend)
Such things you can find yourself doing are
- Walking a dog (taking them for bathroom breaks)
- Setting schedules
- Calling clients to provide pick up and drop off timings.
- Informing the owner as to which dogs are arriving and which ones are leaving.
- Going to stores to pick up various things.
- Driving the behaviorist to pick up dogs.
- Communicate with our Operations Manager.
- Greeting clients
- Providing clients with paperwork.
What we require of you.
- Must be very flexible
- Have your own vehicle and valid drivers license.
- Great social skills
- Time management
- Organized.
- Prioritized
- Work great individually but also as a team.
