Parts Manager

Halton Honda is looking for an experienced Parts Manager that enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and excels at leading a successful customer-focused team.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Supervise and lead all aspects of the Parts Department in the dealership. Including hiring, training, motivating, and coaching your team to be a leading team with optimal performance.
• Must be able to maintain a quality staff that meets and exceeds training standards outlined by the manufacturer
• Ensure we provide complete and accurate quotes for parts.
• Maintain strong relationships with various suppliers.
• Ensure your team quickly and accurately fulfills parts orders placed by technicians for ongoing repairs
• Responsible for all inventory counts and reporting
• Consistently meet departmental production objectives
• Recruit, hire and train quality people in all parts positions
• Provide exceptional customer service by listening to customer concerns, asking the appropriate questions, and finding the best possible solutions
• Create and implement a sales marketing plan that will show specific growth to the parts department
• Must aggressively seek new customers and new marketing opportunities
• Show a commitment to providing the highest quality customer service

Salary Range: $80-100k+
