WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
You should be comfortable communicating over the phone, by text & email, and be intuitive & proactive about client needs. You are also detail-oriented, able to oversee multiple parts of a project, all while identifying opportunities for improvement. You’re also comfortable with marketing and social media (including video).
We’re based in Oakville, and you should be, too. We work with clients within a 30-60 minute driving radius from our office. For showings, you will need to have your own vehicle and a valid driver's license.

We don’t have time to micro-manage (that’s why we need you!) so we’ll work best with someone who is independent, self-motivated and doesn’t need direction 24/7. You’d be a great fit if you hold yourself to high standards, deliver excellent work, and thrive with structured autonomy.
Your follow-up is impeccable and you always know what’s on your task list.
You are obsessed with helping people and nothing makes you happier than a job well done that creates referrals through amazing client experiences.
Compensation:$25 - $35 hourly
Responsibilities:- Connect with our customer base and raise brand visibility by coordinating community events
- Buy materials for the office when necessary
- Coordinate any company parties, necessary appointments, or travel
- Oversee online and print marketing efforts
- Grow in the position through continued learning and revitalization of skillsets in related duties
- Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed work
- Navigates computer programs with ease to provide a quick front-desk experience for customers
- Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus
- Associate's degree preferred but not required to apply
- Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels
