Material Handler

Our client based in Airdrie is looking for hardworking, motivated talent to join their full-time temporary team. The ideal candidates will be picking and packing orders, pick production, and fill bins working with a multinational power management company - this might be the opportunity for you!

• Full time Temporary

What will you be doing?

• Pick and pack materials, finished goods for shipment to Satellites and other customers. Consolidate shipment in designated areas. Ensure packaging requirements are met to eliminate possible damage during transportation.
• Pick and deliver material for production orders, deliver to designated workstations and store according to proper sequence and coding.
• Pick material to fill Kanban bins in workstations or deliver Kanban components from feeder to assembly workstations.
• Utilize lifting devices and carts to locate, move and deliver materials.
• Perform cycle counting, ensuring accurate count.
• Ensure accuracy of parts and quantity based on documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
