The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for researching sections of the home improvement market including competitor data, online ad performance, social media performance, and key marketing intitules of key industry players across Western Canada. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Intern will be responsible for the assembly and delivery of budgets, marketing reports, and results of marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Gather, analyze and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to inform marketing decisions
• Develop reporting and analysis of campaigns, products, markets, customers, pricing and other areas of the business
• Perform market research to identify customer needs and trends in order to inform marketing strategy
• Analyze customer segmentation data and identify opportunities for targeting specific consumer groups
• Monitor competitive landscape and provide insights into competitor activities
• Identifying target audiences and creating tailored messaging to reach them
• Analyzing customer data to gain insights into customer behavior
• Coordinating traditional marketing activities such as printing and trade show events
• Collaborating with other departments (e.g., sales, creative) on marketing initiatives
• Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $38,111.88-$52,519.21 per year
