Your Role & Key Responsibilities

As the Logistics & Warehouse Analyst, you will be the lead liaison with the 3PL partner at our local distribution facility including the transition of inventory from UL locations to Elida Beauty. You will also play a crucial role in identifying, analyzing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives in all areas of the operation. This includes but is not limited to inbound, outbound, inventory management, and carrier performance.
Your Key Responsibilities
Strategically plan and manage Elida Beauty logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services via the 3PL, effectively deploying Elida Beauty products.

Oversee standard inventory allocation across sales orders and purchase orders. This includes identification of exceptions scenarios and improved case-fill opportunities.

Manage the deployment process for assigned category(s)and lane(s)to ensure availability of inventory throughout the Unilever distribution network.

Identify re-balancing opportunities and/or short-term resolution of all stock-out scenarios for assigned category(s), by weighing the implications of freight cost vs customer service throughout the Unilever distribution network.

Interact with related internal departments and external partners (i.e. SC Planning, Transportation, Warehousing, Customer Service, Manufacturing Plants, Copackers, and Capabilities) to achieve category business and service goals. Responsible for input into weekly Customer Service Review calls.

Track lane(s) deployment performance, identify failures and trends that may impact customer service and category goals and provide improvement recommendations.

Review weekly Transship/ Expedite KPI report and compile root cause trend and analysis.

Research, resolve and adjust all past due shipments and receipts daily for all assigned lane(s).

Monitor On time with carriers and action improvement opportunities

Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements

Manage communication between Customer Service, Order Management, sales, and planning with 3PL.

Monitor and track process of rework- daily output.

Participate on inventory counts.

Validate & authorize carrier assessorial invoices

Savings projects and Waste Management

Manage customer return and complaint resolution process.

Measurement and improvement of KPI's, automation and process flow improvement.

Actively contributes to initiatives and monitors quantitative benefits of changes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in Industrial Engineering/Supply Chain
- 2-3 years’ working experience in Customer Service, Logistics, Warehouse, FMCG/ Manufacturing
- Liaise and negotiate with carriers, suppliers/ third parties, contractors and manufacturers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage multiple stakeholders and numerous improvement projects
- Breakthrough thinking-Ability to spot trends patterns, discrepancies of data then to apply insight to provide immediate improvements.
- Strong Problem solving and Analytical skills
- Seizing the Future-Ability to take decisive actions to create business improvements
- Strong ability to multi-task with outstanding organizational skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with Oracle/WMS/SAP a plus. Outlook, Word, PBI: strong skill set and/or expertise
