Must have minimum 5 years grill experience and knowledge of Mediterranean foods is an asset.
Must be able to prepare orders and assist in food preparation. Works within Health and Safety Guidelines and proper food handling techniques while maintaining an ordely and clean kitchen.
Must have proper work etiquette and be a leader in the kitchen.
Must be on time and ready to work.
