What will your typical day look like?


Role specific responsibilities and projects:


  • Design, build and execute best in class Onboarding experience for all Deloitte Global (DTTL) new hires across the world, including processes and content to support (communications, toolkits, education sessions, checklists, etc.)
  • Partner and collaborate closely with all relevant People COE’s and internal stakeholders, including business unit leaders to deliver a seamless onboarding experience to Deloitte Global leaders and professionals
  • Manage project execution for onboarding experience, including technology build out and partnership with Global Technology services
  • Manage onboarding experience content, resources, and toolkits
  • Manage virtual onboarding sessions, including oversight of scheduling and logistics, speaker selection and upskilling, content review for relevancy and accuracy, and supporting technology
  • Ensure assigned deliverables meet project objectives and timelines, recognizing and managing dependencies between other projects and/or initiatives
  • Partner to evaluate effectiveness of the entire experience and recommend opportunities for continued innovative improvements
  • Track onboarding experience KPI’s and report back on the process to leadership monthly
  • Maintain an expert level of knowledge on current learning and onboarding trends, tools, technologies, and theories

Education
: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Instructional Design or related field preferred;


Years of Experience
:

  • 3-5 years of professional experience, owning deliverables and supporting projects


Required Experience

  • Project management and process improvement background
  • Experience in communications
  • Experience working with global, offshore resources a plus
  • Experience managing complex multi stakeholder projects
  • Knowledge and experience in basic learning principles


Qualifications

  • Facilitation experience virtually
  • Ability to work independently and in a self-directed manner with minimal guidance
  • Ability to manage competing, high-priority demands in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and project management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong business writing skills required
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to change when presented with shifting priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to work comfortably with senior leadership in a virtual environment
  • Ability to make decisions independently using a strong knowledge of process details to make broader, strategic decisions


Technical Skills

  • Advanced skills in all Microsoft Office applications required (PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Outlook)
  • Experience using knowledge sharing tools (e.g., Sharepoint, MS Teams)
  • Experience working with meeting software (Zoom)
