Position Title: JUNIOR SALES ASSOCIATE

Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00/Hour (Based on Experience)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Actively seek out customers to assess their needs and provide high engagement of customer service.
• Provide solutions by addressing the customer challenges or needs.
• Maintain your dept/area to high standards of cleanliness, organization, and current tagging pricing.
• Maintain your dept/area properly stocked.
• Be aware of promotions, e-flyers and any special current pricing that will impact sales.

REQUIREMENTS

• Good tools knowledge and/or tools retail service industry experience is crucial. Some construction related tools & power tools and asset.
• Self-motivated with the ability to cultivate strong relationships and consistently go the extra mile in providing exceptional customer service – focusing on great customer shopping experience.
• 1-3 years in a high-volume retail environment store will position you well with us.
• Experience working in a sale driven environment a great skill to have for this role.
• Personable with great communication skills, engaging customers with a premium experience.
• Self-motivated and a positive influence among the team.
• Completion of a criminal record check
