We are currently hiring Junior Immigration Consultant. Our team of consultants is responsible for responding to customers in a timely and professional manner. We are looking for candidates with strong interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to stay calm and composed under pressure.
Work location: remote
Job duties:
- Provide excellent customer service and professionalism to all customers via Wechat, email, and web support
- Communicate clearly and concisely and most importantly respond to all clients in a timely manner.
- Pre-assess and consult with clients to determine appropriate immigration strategies based on their specific profiles and requirements.
- Maintain a positive attitude, and promote company by focusing on positive interactions with all potential clients
- Receive and resolve, within established guidelines, customer questions and concerns
- Work with supervisors to ensure that all missed stops are completed daily
- Provide timely and accurate information regarding customer concerns
- Process customer payments via internet as needed
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested by management
- Flexible in working hours, as there may be time differences when working with clients
Job requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
- Language requirement: English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in using social media, such as WeChat, What’s App, and Telegram etc.
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Office, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Confident, outgoing, team player with a proactive attitude
- Ability to think critically, anticipate needs, and prioritize workload
- Demonstrated passion for customer service
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business
- Must have a professional and friendly attitude; be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers
