The opportunity
The Gildan Internship Program 2023 offers students the opportunity to participate in stimulating projects and gain valuable experience that will help them transition to the workplace. Our summer internship program will take place from May 15th to August 11th, 2023. The intern’s role will be mainly to support Accounts Payable and work on general accounting projects.
The role
- Support in invoice verification and posting, expense report verification and credit card reconciliation
- Assist in the preparation of the audit of supplier’s sales tax documentation
- Other miscellaneous task related to general accounting

Knowledge & Professional Experience
- Bachelor’s in accounting or DEC in Accounting
Attributes
- Completed at least 2nd year in an undergraduate program
- Currently studying in a field related with the department in which the internship is offered
- Relevant course work/projects/experience in the field of interest, OR relevant leadership or community involvement experience.
