Dalco Services is a leading provider of abrasive blasting and protective coating application services throughout Western Canada.

We are currently recruiting an Industrial Painter to support our shop coating projects.

This is a full-time employee position, based out of our Red Deer Shop location.

Summary of Essential Job Functions

• Spray 100% Solids Epoxies, Urethanes & Polyurea's to specifications
• Ability to run a plural component pump an asset
• Brush and roll coatings to specified thickness
• Experience with HV and LV holiday testing
• Trouble Shoot and Maintain Pumps (Airless, Plural Component etc) as well as HVLP guns and pressure pots
• Perform tasks with a special focus on safety of themselves and others in their work area
• Always maintain a clean and tidy work area
• Ability to follow complex instruction and attention to detail are required

Minimum Requirements

• Self motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to learn and take direction
• Safety & Team Orientated
• Ability to work at our Red Deer shop daily
• Highly organized, able to prioritize project requirements / schedules provided by others

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of painting experience in an industrial setting
• Punctual, Engaged & Fit for Duty
• Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
• Good communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
