Miller Fuels Ltd. (UFA) is searching for a local Full Time Fuel Delivery Driver to join our team. Reporting to the Petroleum Agent, the bulk fuel driver is responsible for making timely, accurate fuel deliveries to our customers. The ideal candidate would live in the Carstairs, Innisfail, or Olds and surroundings areas.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Delivering petroleum products to our customers based in the Innisfail, Carstairs, Olds and Red Deer area
• Safely handle and secure bulk diesel and gas products
• Demonstrate safe and defensive driving practices
• Execute minor mechanical/roadside repairs as required
• Complete logbooks and related administrative paperwork
• Preform pre and post trip inspections on equipment operated
• Maintain ongoing professional communication with dispatchers
• Perform on other duties if required: i.e.: shipping and receiving product from vendors(as assigned); perform maintenance on inventory or cycle counts, as directed; participate in after hours on call rotation; maintain cardlock and assist with cleaning and maintenance including snow removal; assist with weekly and monthly site inspections when required, etc.
• Build a rapport of excellence by delivering superior customer service
• Maintain truck cleanliness, including washing of trucks inside and out

Qualifications and Skills:

• Grade 12 Diploma
• Valid Class 3Q driver's license minimum, with a clean driver's abstract
• Minimum 3 years driving experience
• History driving Tandem/Tri-drive trucks
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and time management skills
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Must remain current with any and all required certifications, including First Aid, WHMIS and TDG.
• Agricultural or petroleum background is desirable.
