Customer Service Representative Job at Pioneer Family Pools
Pioneer Family Pools is looking for a personable and professional Customer Service Representative to work closely with our existing team members to provide outstanding service to clients. You will become a part of a supportive team in a fast paced and exciting environment. The successful candidate will work out of our Brampton Service Office.
You will be provided with extensive training regarding procedures and equipment knowledge. Prior experience in the pool industry is not required, but is an asset.

Responsibilities:
· Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while providing a positive experience for each caller
· Answer client questions accurately and efficiently
· Troubleshoot client concerns
· Recommend equipment and services based on customer needs
· Schedule service calls as required
· Process payments
· All other duties and responsibilities assigned
Requirements:
· High School Diploma or Equivalent
· Experience in Customer Service is considered an asset
· Excellent interpersonal communication skills
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
· Strong time management and decision-making skills
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and remain flexible to unanticipated issues
· Excellent organizational skills
· Proficiency with computers
· Must be available to work weekends.
