Responsibilities:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Answer calls and service our clients
• Effectively communicating Insurance products to prospects and clients.
• Provide prompt, knowlegeable, and friendly customer service and advice Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance types, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
• Meet deadlines with accuracy and thoroughness.
• Work with the Agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Meet monthly lead generation and sales/production goals.

Requirements:

• OTL/RIBO licence or willingness and able to get the OTL exam
• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing)
• Excellent communication, written, verbal and listening skills both in Mandarin and English
• Self-motivated, goal oriented and enthusiastic
• Diligent and hardworking
• Proactive in problem solving
• Able to multi task
• Quick learner
• LLQP exams (a plus but not necessary)

This is a Full-time position within a Desjardins Insurance Agency in South Etobicoke. This is not a remote role. Do NOT apply is you are not in Toronto

Salary: $35,773.29-$60,000.00 per year
