We need a crackerjack, highly organized Administrative Assistant to help us grow and fulfill our mission!
Job Type: Full time; work from home; entry level position. Candidates from the Greater Toronto area are preferred, and fluency in French is a bonus. Annual salary to start: $38k-$42k per year.

Core responsibilities
- Assist the Program team with online education program logistics, including course material preparation and management, mail communication with program participants and updating records;
- Help administer the online learning management platform (Thinkific);
- Assist the program team in collecting, organizing and updating slide deck content for course participants and bespoke clients;
- Assist program participants to collect bios, headshots and answer any questions they have about the program;
- Distribute Certificates and Credly badges to Program graduates.
- Assist with running online interactive program sessions on Zoom (including breakout rooms, managing session timing, etc.), and helping clients with technical issues where required;
- Leverage automation tools to find ways to continuously improve the efficiency of program processes;
- Collect program feedback and identify areas for improvement to keep course satisfaction rates high;
- Organize and attend program meetings; take meeting minutes;
- Add and maintain contacts in Hubspot database;
- Identify and improve weaknesses in organizational process;
- Support the Competent Boards team with other administrative tasks, events, client assignments and other ad hoc work when required.
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years in an administrative role; new undergrads will be considered if well-organized and administratively oriented
- Extremely detail oriented, and proficient in spreadsheets, Powerpoint, and data entry
- Friendly, enthusiastic and comfortable communicating with very senior executives by email and phone
- Excellent writing skills for responding to inbound email inquiries
- Detail and technology oriented and enjoy/competent working with spreadsheets and large amounts of data
- Confident and poised with diplomacy and tact
- Organized and skilled in follow up and developing relationships
- Comfortable in a fast paced, start up environment
- Able to work from home but attend monthly team meetings in downtown Toronto

Location: GTA preferred.
