Responsibilities of this specific role will include, but not be limited to the following:

• Support the Project Manager in coordinating project deliverables

• Assist in the monitoring of the project scope, budget, and schedule

• Project coordination between other design disciplines

• Resolve design challenges with internal and external stakeholders

• Prepare meeting minutes or other project documentation as needed

• Develop, with the oversight of the Project Manager, Change Orders or other contractual documents between the Client and the Design Team

• Prepare, track and resolve requests for information (RFI) in liaison with the design team and the Client to ensure the design team has the information required to complete the design

• Support the Project manager with project reporting as required

• Support in the delivery of high quality, coordinated, on time deliverables that meet the project intent and client needs

• Support the creation of various management plans required for the project

• Develop broad technical knowledge and awareness to facilitate management of technical disciplines

• Utilize project management techniques, systems, procedures, and tools utilized to meet project objectives.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in the field of Engineering, Architecture, Project Management or Business Administration

• Minimum of 3.0 GPA

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Critical thinking, communication, and customer service skills

• Ability to work remotely and independently, as required

• Candidate must be eligible to work in Canada without the need for employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future
