109 Street Store - Store Sales Associate Job at Running Room
This will be a job share position between our customer service department at our home office in Edmonton, and our 109 St store. Customer Service will require 2 -3 shifts per week and every third Saturday. Our 109 St store will require 1-2 shifts per week. Responsibilities re Customer Service position: • A Customer Service Associate coordinates the online process for orders received through our online shop.
Ensures orders are prioritized and fulfilled promptly through Running Room's standards and methods. • Strives to ensure customer satisfaction while complying with company procedures and policies with professional communication via email, an online help platform, and phone. Can assist customers with knowledgeable information on products offered on shop, in our stores and can guide a purchasing decision with personal experiences with the same professional communication. • When presented will take ownership of a customer complaint and resolve it with the systems, methods, and procedures available under Running Room and the supervisor's guidelines.

- Reasonable timelines will be made to enable individuals to perform at a level essential to providing excellent customer service to our online guests. • Work directly with stores Qualifications: • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel as well as personal online ordering experiences will be an asset. • Flexible availably – including Saturdays and some holidays • French as a second language would be an asset.
