Job Summary
Coreio is looking for a Windows Admin (Windows 10 Upgradation Resource) to join our Toronto team for a 2-month contract to start (with potential for extension). The individual will be required to be onsite daily, downtown Toronto. The shift for the position will be Monday-Friday, 8-5 Local Time.

We are looking for technical candidates familiar with administration with hands on experience in MS Windows / Win10

Key Accountabilities:

• Preparing and imaging new machine (BIOS update, Gold Image, etc) for Windows 10 upgrade.
• User Data Mitigation from old device to new device
• Coordination with the target individuals for scheduling and Tracking work.
• Verification of device
• Document progress
• Proactive communication of issues to the assigned lead.

Requirements/ Qualifications:

• 3 years + of IT work-related experience
• Hands on experience configurating and installing Operating systems on laptops and both Windows 10 operating systems
• CompTIA A+ and Windows 10 certification highly preferred
• Associates Degree or technical training or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Demonstrated ability to multitask
