Qualifications include but limited to:

· Self-starter.

· Can work independently and have previous experience promoting windows and doors

· Have an eye for residential home design and style.

· Minimum 2-3 years sales experience.

· Proven ability to close.

· Strong but respectful negotiating skills.

· Excellent communication skills.

· A personable and professional demeanour.

· An independent person who thrives in an autonomous environment.

· A professional and driven sales associate with a dedication to quality service.

· A goal-oriented person who enjoys friendly competition.

· The ability to accommodate a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

· Willingness to travel throughout assigned sales territory.

· Travel to client homes is required. Sales includes in-home consultation.

· Customer-oriented with an inclination to propose solutions;

· Attentive, courteous, diplomatic, tactful, and an active listener with good interpersonal skill

· Able to demonstrate tenacity in their work; * Has a sense of structure and organization;

· Has a strong sense of morality, honesty, and discipline.

· Able and willing to participate in sales meeting reporting status to the company owner.
