Hansen Industries is looking to hire an experienced Welder/Fabricator to work in our Sheet Metal Shop for our afternoon shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, adjust, operate and clean welding equipment, when needed
• Follow job router drawings and other written or verbal instructions
• Inspect completed welds
• Repair faulty products using welding procedures
• Competence in operating GTAW/TIG and GMAW/MIG welding
• Ability to weld various thicknesses of material
• Help in other areas
• Maintain a safe work environment

Qualifications & requirements:

• Working experience in the Manufacturing environment
• Minimum C level – ticket
• Ability to read and comprehend shop drawings and blueprints
• Able to weld mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum with GTAW/TIG and GMAW/MIG
• Creative and willing to learn

Shift Availability:

• Afternoons from 4:00 pm to 2:30 am
• Monday to Thursday (Transit Available until 1:30 am)
• Shift can be changed to 2:00 pm to 12:30 am, for transit users
• Friday, Saturday, and overtime available
