Scheduling Coordinator Responsibilities:

· This role will predominantly involve foot care coordination and home care coordination with clients, nurses and health care aides.

· Providing friendly and exceptional services to both our clients and nurses/caregivers

· Coordinate and schedule client’s appointments efficiently

· Logistical approach to booking and scheduling footcare and home care appointments

· Ability to take urgent calls regarding scheduling concerns or conflicts

· Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, etc.

· Manage client and employee files

· Provide support to Client Specialist and/or Community Case Manager

Qualifications:

· 2+ years of related experience, preferably in a home care or health services agency

· Obsessed with client service

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Exceptional organization skills

· Strong computer skills, specifically in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

· Experience using AlayaCare software is strongly preferred

· Ability to prioritize under pressure

· A strong sense of discretion, confidentiality, and attention to detail is a must

· Must be flexible in your schedule; some weekend and after-hours work is required

· Can work independently with minimal supervision

· Takes the initiative to better improve client/caregiver satisfaction and outcomes

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: From $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 12 hour shift
• Weekends only

Work Location: One location
