We are a busy and growing veterinary practice located in North Waterloo and are looking for an experienced Client Care Representative or Veterinary Office Assistant to join our team.

Our administrative staff are a highly valued part of our client care team. The successful candidate will be passionate and empathetic, have outstanding interpersonal skills along with a positive, cheerful and friendly demeanor. They will be an enthusiastic team player who is comfortable multi-tasking, navigating computer software (experience with Avimark is an asset) and working independently as well as with the team. They will treat our clients and patients with the respect and compassion they deserve. They will be responsible for fielding phone calls effectively, admitting and discharging appointments, booking appointments, emails, follow-up calls, liason between clients and all staff, upkeep of facility and building strong bonds with our clients.
