Job Requirements
Duties
- Load and unload goods
- Operate and drive straight or articulated truck to transport goods and materials
- Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment.
- Perform emergency roadside repairs.
- Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption
- Tarping and ensuring safety and security of cargo
- Professionalism in customer service

– Employment: Term or contract – Full Time – Day & weekend – $31.00 per hour
40 hours per week
– Travel information: Willing to relocate, relocation costs, travels expenses, and health insurance covered by employer. Employer will help you find a suitable accommodation and affordable housing
– Education: Secondary School graduation certificate
– Experience: 2-3 years
– Certificates: Air brakes endorsement, Driver’s license (Class 3 or D)
– Transportation /travel Experience: Long-haul

– Security and Safety: Valid passport, driving record check, drug test (may require)
