- Manage performance and efficiencies of Appliance, Electronic and Furniture Repair Technicians and Contractors
- Ensure all Retail locations are properly supported to maximize the sales of product and warranties
- Interact with manufacturers in regards to technical support
- Ensure adequate levels of service are provided in all markets of service area through In House Technicians, contractors or depots
- Ensure all staff receives adequate technical and company policy training as required
- Communication and enforcement of all health and safety policies and procedures
- Conduct regular departmental meetings to enhance staff engagement
- Perform staff hiring, discipline and performance appraisals
- Liaise with Distribution, Fleet, Call Centre and Stores regarding any operational concerns
- Provide monthly operational reporting as required
- 5 years’ experience in repair service environment; previous supervisory experience is an asset
- Technical background in Appliances & Electronics repair preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent Computer Skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel)
