Summary of Daily Tasks:
· Manage mobility set-up of new TELUS for Business accounts (SIM card preparation, Smartphone activation, etc.)
· Account creation, account migration, device activation, and setup for new and existing clients
· Answer customer inquiries via phone and email and find appropriate solution solutions
· Build rapport and make recommendations to new and existing customers on how to optimize their account
Desired Skills & Experience:
· Knowledge of mobile devices (cellular) and their applications (2 years+)
· Knowledge of Microsoft office suite (Excel in particular) (2 years+)
· Experience in customer service (ideally technical customer support) (2 years+)
Salary:
· $40,000 - $60,000
· Annual bonus based on performance
