We are looking for a Technical Team Lead who is proficient with Angular and Spring Boot. Your primary focus will be on developing micro services and micro frontends in a Kubernetes environment. You will design vertically integrated components that are modular and configurable. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different components so that services are highly cohesive with low coupling. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is important.
Responsibilities:
Participate in the full software development lifecycle
Assist in feature design and documentation
Facilitate the day to day activities of a Scrum team
Represent your team in inter-team discussions such a Scrum of Scrums
Provide technical guidance and support for team members
Development of software features including coding, testing and documentation
Tracking and reporting of assigned features
Input to business development, project management, and other internal customers for areas of expertise.
Qualifications:
A passion for building great software that provides a positive user experience
Experience leading a diverse development team
Bachelor or Masters degree of Computer Science or Software Engineering
Experience with core C# and Java programming languages
Experience with any relational database
Experience with time-series databases (nice to have)
Experience with microservice architecture
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and JavaScript object model
Thorough understanding of Angular and its core principles
Experience working with Kubernetes and Docker
Working knowledge of web server architecture principles and best practices
Experience with AWS cloud server hosting (nice to have)
Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
Knowledge of Rust for web programming (nice to have)
Experience with Apache Tomcat servlet container deployment
Experience with ASP.NET Core Kestrel web server
Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
5-10 years of related work experience in software development and testing.
