Prime Time Messenger Inc is looking for Full-Time Permanent Call Centre Sales Representative (BPO Sales).

 Communication Skills – successful candidates must possess and demonstrate the following competencies: willingness to make and take phone calls within service standards, ability to probe and ask questions to clarify understanding, seeks clarity when necessary, listens well to instructions, ability to communicate in both written and verbal form with internal and external clients, email and reporting experience.

 Team Player – candidate must be willing to work in a team environment with shared goals and accountabilities. May be called upon to provide mentoring to other colleagues.

 Flexibility – candidate must be willing to work in an environment with flexible schedules that are driven by client commitments and seasonal volumes. Candidate may be called upon to support teammates and other teams, as required.

 Deadline Focused – candidate must show proven skills in being able to meet sales
quotas/deadlines under pressure.

 Quality and Customer Focused – candidate must have superior listening and customer service skills in order to provide our clients with the highest quality of service. Strong customer interaction experience.

 Self-Driven – candidate must show they are a self-motivated individual who does not require constant supervision to meet expectations and willing to assist other team members in their tasks. Possess maturity, a positive attitude and views this role as a potential career goal.

As a Call Centre Sales Representative, duties of this position include but are not limited to:

 Make outbound customer service calls courteously, efficiently & in a timely manner
 Efficiently meeting and exceeding daily sales goal
 Consolidate existing customer base while building new customer base
 Updating customers records proficiently
 The ideal candidate must have strong soft skills, great deal of tact and empathy while being able to solve customer concern and close potential sales
 Ability to be empathetic and understand each customers situation and circumstances
 Manage outbound calls in a timely manner and ability to have longer conversation with the prospective client to achieve the purpose of the call
 Seize opportunities to promote products at all times and rebuttal efficiently to ensure customer understands the value of the product being offered.
 Excellent computer skills (MS Excel/Outlook/Emails/CRM)and being able to navigate through different client interface
 Excellent multitasking skills to manage various aspects of client requirements such as booking appointments (HVAC Appt), updating customer information, After Call Time etc.
 Branding and representing client brand professionally
 Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
 Provide prompt, courteous and efficient service that exceeds customer expectations which in turn results in client satisfaction
 Above average typing speed (60-70 WPM)

 Mon to Thurs: 12:00 PM- 8:00 PM (May be subject to change during summer; 11:00 AM- 7:00 PM)
 Fri & Sat: 10:00 AM- 6:00 PM
*Must work two/ three Saturdays in a month
