Technical Business Analyst Job at Digital Commerce Bank
DCBank, a private Canadian Schedule 1 Bank, is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join its Engineering team. The position would be based in Calgary, AB. Reporting to the Product Leader. The ideal incumbent is one who is highly motivated, thrives on making an impact in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a difference. We work in collaborative team focused setting and are looking for someone who gets things done accurately, effectively and with minimal supervision.
Education, Experience and Skills:
· Understanding of requirements gathering principles and best practices
· Understanding of business process documentation, ideally with finance experience
· Minimum 2 years of technical business analyst or project administrative
· Advanced skills with MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, Project, Power Point,
Visio, and general proficiency Outlook.
· Experience working in an Agile project environment.
· Curious nature & attention to detail
· Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with business.
· Experience in a banking work environment is an asset.
Specific Key Responsibilities:
· Create and modify product requirements and as required product roadmaps.
· Monitor and coordinate activities and deliverables related to development of
product requirements for completion and timeliness.
· Develop requirement status reports.
· Actively participates in requirement review meetings.
· This position works closely with both business, developers, and testers.
· 'Leading' requirements meetings.
