The role of a Team Lead is to lead the team to deliver world class esthetic services and maximize sales, while cultivating excellent relationships with guests and team members.
Job Functions
People Management
· Hiring: refer and source potential new hires
· Onboarding: support with new team members onboarding and training
· Engaging: create and contribute to a positive and inspirational work environment
· Scheduling: ensuring schedule integrity, by maximizing team availability
· Learning: provide coaching and feedback to elevate the performance of our people
· Evaluating: assess and improve team member performance; providing feedback where necessary (we are feedback driven!)
Sales Management
· Ensuring team and guests are educated on accurate product knowledge
· Lead the team to sell retail product and advance all clientelling efforts
Business Management
· Assist in keeping the boutique and product displays well maintained and assist with the daily operations.
· Overseeing inventory counts, all boutique orders, and any Risk related queries

What We Look For?
· Must be a beauty care fanatic!
· Two years of management experience is preferred.
· Post-secondary education is an asset.
· Previous experience within the industry (spa, beauty, cosmetics, fashion) is fantastic!
· Excellent customer service skills.
· Ability to work evenings and weekends.
· Reliable, dependable and self-motivated.

Salary: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
