What will you do?
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from job postings candidate search, screening, selection and offer placement
- Lead requirement gathering sessions with business leaders to determine the appropriate knowledge, skills and capabilities requirements
- Define and execute innovative search tactics using industry best practices to attract qualified candidates, both internally and externally
- Establish screening criteria and interview guides and developing a scoring matrix for all assessment methods including competency-based interviews.
- Act as an expert on recruitment trends by maintaining and enhancing a network of contacts in the industry, participating in industry events and professional associations
- Take a consultative approach with internal clients while providing business solutions
- Contribute to continuous improvement of Reliance’s recruitment practices to increase recruitment effectiveness
- Post-Secondary degree in HR, Business or a related field
- Previous full cycle recruitment experience, recruiting for skilled trades an asset
- A proven track record in meeting and exceeding targets in a high-volume environment
- Strong knowledge base of social media and ability to leverage tools to engage and attract passive talent
- Demonstrated success in building relationships
- Organized and detail oriented with a pro-active approach
- Passionate about creating excellent candidate experiences
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proficient using Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn, Indeed and other recruitment tools
